Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to build an effective work team utilizing good leadership traits in a professional manner

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Finished Goods Material Handlers on shift
  • Verify adherence to Safety & Quality Standards, SOPs and GMPs
  • Be responsible for the movement and storage of all finished product, including documenting shipments, RF scanning, transferring product, and using FIFO inventory methods
  • Be responsible for transaction accuracy and process reliability
  • Develop and implement work instructions as per the ISO standard
  • Ensure proper staffing to meet daily requirements
  • Coordinate objectives/initiatives with other departments/teams such as conversion, administration, quality, sales, purchasing, scheduling and delivery
  • Complete other duties as assigned
