Requirements

Valid driver's license
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills
Ability to build an effective work team utilizing good leadership traits in a professional manner

Responsibilities

Supervise the Finished Goods Material Handlers on shift
Verify adherence to Safety & Quality Standards, SOPs and GMPs
Be responsible for the movement and storage of all finished product, including documenting shipments, RF scanning, transferring product, and using FIFO inventory methods
Be responsible for transaction accuracy and process reliability
Develop and implement work instructions as per the ISO standard
Ensure proper staffing to meet daily requirements
Coordinate objectives/initiatives with other departments/teams such as conversion, administration, quality, sales, purchasing, scheduling and delivery
Complete other duties as assigned
