3 to 5 years prior related work experience
Self-motivated
Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb on and off lift and to sit, stand and move about the facility

Responsibilities

Covering shift responsibilities in the absence of shift Warehouse Leaders and Backup Leaders
Helping cover shifts in outside warehouses when assigned by warehouse lead
Assisting warehouse leader in overseeing the Finished Goods and Raw Material Handlers on their shift and ensuring efficient movement and storage of raw materials and finished product
Operating a forklift in a safe and efficient manner
Assisting in the proper training and testing of new hires and existing associates
Verifying adherence to all procedures within Safety, Corporate / Site Quality System, Operational Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO standards
Maintaining and adhering to work instructions for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current
Ensuring the accuracy of transactions, product scanning, finished goods inventory and inventory reliability
