Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • 3 to 5 years prior related work experience
  • Self-motivated
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb on and off lift and to sit, stand and move about the facility

Responsibilities

  • Covering shift responsibilities in the absence of shift Warehouse Leaders and Backup Leaders
  • Helping cover shifts in outside warehouses when assigned by warehouse lead
  • Assisting warehouse leader in overseeing the Finished Goods and Raw Material Handlers on their shift and ensuring efficient movement and storage of raw materials and finished product
  • Operating a forklift in a safe and efficient manner
  • Assisting in the proper training and testing of new hires and existing associates
  • Verifying adherence to all procedures within Safety, Corporate / Site Quality System, Operational Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO standards
  • Maintaining and adhering to work instructions for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current
  • Ensuring the accuracy of transactions, product scanning, finished goods inventory and inventory reliability
