Requirements

  • Communications agency experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record in media relations and securing top-tier earned coverage

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated communications strategies that elevate eBay’s Recommerce leadership narrative
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure high-impact earned coverage
  • Identify and tell stories that spotlight eBay’s customers, employees, community, and sustainability impact
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure message alignment across eBay’s corporate storytelling
  • Manage agency partners and collaborate on media strategy and campaign execution
  • Support executive visibility initiatives, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership programs tied to Recommerce and circular economy themes
  • Monitor media trends and coverage; provide analysis and insights to inform strategy
