Deep expertise with modern ML/AI tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, and LlamaIndex

Responsibilities

Design and scale core ML platform components that support efficient model development, deployment, and monitoring across the company
Define and evangelize best practices, frameworks, and standards for building and operating AI systems at scale
Partner with engineering, product, and data science teams to convert experimental ideas into reliable, high-impact production systems
Prototype emerging technologies in LLMs, agents, and orchestration frameworks; evaluate fit and drive successful proof-of-concepts into production
Build and operationalize robust evaluation frameworks that quantify model and agent performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
Lead technical initiatives that evolve DraftKings’ AI/ML infrastructure, with a focus on automation, observability, and lifecycle management
Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
