Requirements

  • 5+ years working experience with FAR/CAS and contract pricing
  • Specific experience in FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products), FAR Part 15 (Contract by Negotiations), and Time and Material contracting
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Previously or currently TC/SCI cleared
  • Onsite (minimum 5 days per week)
  • Full Time employment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare pricing responses for assigned contracts
  • Work with Capture, Program, and Proposal teams to develop pricing strategies
  • Work closely with the sales group to determine service scope, sales messages, and maximize financial outcomes
  • Create the value proposition, business case, and pricing
  • Lead the development and preparation of proposals, managing agreement inputs from all involved parties
  • Develop the overall financial framework, including creative pricing models and risk/reward sharing schemes
  • Communicate and resolve problems with internal support groups, such as sales teams
  • Typically works on long-life cycle deal development
