Responsibilities

  • Breathe new life into current product offerings and cultivate future opportunities for footwear platforms to fuel lifestyle and performance businesses
  • Work directly with Footwear Innovation and Sport teams to support the shared vision of Footwear Product Creation
  • Bring the first spark of a product idea to set Product Creation functions into motion
  • Collaborate tightly with the innovation team to influence and drive the long-term innovation roadmap, ensuring footwear models pioneer new spaces
  • Employ the right consumer narrative, embellishments, comfort, and style to drive newness in product lifecycle
  • Serve as subject matter expert for FW Platforms, the footwear product creation process, and spokesperson for all FW Platform endeavors
  • Drive all stages of the product creation process, from uncovering consumer and marketplace insights to presenting finalized footwear concepts
  • Create product briefs, analyze business metrics, research consumer and marketplace trends, and co-author the line plan
  • Collaborate with Design, Development, and Merchandising teammates to create industry-leading sneakers
  • Lead by example and work with category team members to achieve business results related to revenue growth, profitability, pricing margins, and style/SKU productivity
  • Monitor progress against objectives, adjust plans as needed, and ensure hitting cost/margin targets on styles
