Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 3-7 Center Scribes
  • Ongoing training and support of Local and National Scribes
  • In-clinic point person for coding and workflow questions, including acting as center expert for new workflows
  • Understand center clinical documentation performance and support identification of Center CIS and clinical documentation improvement opportunities
  • WRV Review assistance
  • Coordinating Regional Scribe coverage
  • Observing and recording patient encounters/examinations
  • Documenting patient information, history, and diagnoses
  • Assisting in medical management
  • Documenting medical decision making
