Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial planning cycles including Annual Budget, Forecasts, and Long-Range Planning, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational realities
  • Own volume and absorption forecasting, partnering closely with Supply Chain to ensure integration with the S&OP process
  • Manage SG&A planning and analysis, including cost allocations (local/regional), depreciation, and headcount-related expenses
  • Perform variance analysis across key financial metrics (e.g. operating expenses), identifying drivers and recommending corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives
  • Support monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring accurate accruals, reporting, and commentary for senior leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional teams
  • Deliver comprehensive financial analysis related to capital investments for designing, constructing, and commissioning the new site
  • Play a key role in establishing robust accounting processes and leading all forecast and close activities
  • Contribute to business decision-making, process improvement, and compliance
