Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 8 to 15 years of relevant experience within oil, gas, and chemical facilities and preferably LNG within an EPC company
  • Professional Engineering License
  • Louisiana Professional Engineering License, NCEES Record, or have all qualifications needed to obtain a Louisiana License within 4 months of the start date
  • Skill in oral and written communication
  • Software Knowledge: AutoCAD
  • Experience using a graphically to-scale integrated hydrology and hydraulics site drainage software such as EPA SWMM, PCSWMM, Storm and Sanitary Analysis (SSA), or InfoDrainage
  • Autodesk Civil 3D (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of calculations, quantities, reports, drawings, and specifications for the civil sitework scope of engineering of the project. Seal and sign the final civil engineering documents
  • Collaborate with and support other disciplines, sub consultants, project controls, project management, and others
  • Perform all functions within the civil engineering and design team as needed to create examples or meet deadlines
