Proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-wide financial planning initiatives with measurable impact
Deep expertise in the Health Care Benefits business, preferably across multiple lines of business, including ability to translate “Date of Service” and “Financial Statement” data seamlessly
Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with a track record of influencing executive decisions
Strategic thinker who can “go beyond the spreadsheet” to craft compelling narratives and business cases
Collaborative leader who builds trust and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the Enterprise FP&A strategic financials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with senior leaders across the segments – including Segment CFOs
Lead the Enterprise operating plan process, consolidation of segment budgets, thorough analysis of key drivers, and deep dive presentations to ELT
Continuously evaluate enterprise-wide financial risks and opportunities
Support the development of enterprise guidance, segment targets, and strategic plan priorities in alignment with the EPPM roadmap
Partner with senior leaders across segments—especially Health Care Benefits—to translate actuals, forecasts, and long-term projections into strategic insights
Develop robust and accurate financial analysis, including advanced actuarial analysis when necessary, to shape financial messaging and recommendations for quarterly earnings, Investor Day, and Board meetings
Champion planning process transformation by streamlining workflows, enhancing coordination, and embedding best practices across the enterprise
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables through robust governance and stakeholder alignment
Build and mentor a high-impact team of FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of analytical excellence, innovation, and collaboration
Drive capability development across the function, including advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and executive storytelling
