Responsibilities

  • Develop requirements, partner in designing and enhancing offer performance dashboards to provide actionable insights
  • Improve reporting sophistication by integrating advanced analytics and visualization for real-time performance tracking
  • Model and forecast promo performance, including financial impact, incrementality, and efficiency
  • Prepare and distribute weekly performance reports across full suite of Wireless & Wireline promotions
  • Develop a robust testing roadmap to measure true incrementality of offers across various channels, locales, and inform development roadmap for Digital capabilities
  • Set standards for success criteria of experiments to validate offer effectiveness
  • Partner with testing teams to refine test design and ensure data integrity
  • Assist with quarterly consumer offer plans by supplying data-driven insights and incrementality learnings
  • Monitor launched offers against forecasts; inform optimization efforts based on performance and test results
  • Provide prioritization guidance for offer display and placement based on full-funnel performance metrics
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to align measurement frameworks with business objectives
  • Communicate offer performance, test results, and new opportunities in clear, digestible formats for executive and execution teams
