Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in the field of data science, along with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline. They should have 2-3 years of experience in Ad-Tech or Marketing Science, delivering end-to-end data science products. Advanced expertise in machine learning and time-series forecasting is required, alongside proficiency in Python and SQL. Familiarity with cloud ML workbenches like AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI Platform, along with tools such as Docker, Git, and ML Flow, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As the Lead Data Scientist, you will own the design and deployment of scalable, production-grade machine learning systems and advanced analytics frameworks, partnering closely with engineering and product to build innovative customer experiences in the retail media space. You will lead high-impact projects spanning forecasting and optimization, championing best practices in experimentation and data-driven decision making. Additionally, you will strategically grow and guide the data science team, setting technical direction and prioritizing roadmap initiatives, and translate complex analytical insights into actionable recommendations for product managers and executives. You will also architect and implement forecasting, measurement, and optimization models, own the lifecycle of ML pipelines, and foster a culture of learning and excellence within the team.
