Candidates must have a Graduate Level Degree, ideally a Masters or PhD in a related field, and at least 3 years of experience leading teams. A Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience leading teams will also be considered. Proficiency in Python and its data manipulation libraries is required, along with experience in building and deploying machine learning models. Candidates must provide proof of US Citizenship due to government regulations. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools is necessary, along with experience in data management and building pipelines.
The Lead Data Scientist will lead a team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Experts while designing, building, and managing data pipelines and infrastructure. They will develop, deploy, and scale machine learning models and ensure data quality, security, and availability. Responsibilities include integrating ML models with the SaaS platform, collaborating with data scientists to test models, conducting code reviews, providing on-call support, and partnering with cross-functional teams to build secure and scalable systems for processing transactions and managing customer data.
