Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in data governance, data analysis, business analysis, or process management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting clear process documentation and communicating effectively with business personnel from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong business curiosity and comprehension skills, able to quickly understand business logic and translate it into data requirements
  • Outstanding logical thinking, structured problem-solving abilities, and coordination skills to manage complex cross-departmental collaboration scenarios
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to lead the development of unified and clearly defined data dictionaries and business glossaries for all types of corporate business data
  • Be responsible for the unified definition, clarification of calculation logic, and adaptation of application scenarios for business key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring consistent metric interpretation across different departments and applications
  • Maintain data standard documentation and manage its version control and release processes
  • Systematically identify the company's critical data assets, data domains, and their corresponding business systems through research and analysis
  • Assist in driving the clarification of business owners for key data & systems and help establish a clear data owner/steward network
  • Design standardized documentation for processes such as data standard management, data stewardship assignment, and data request approval
  • Promote and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure adherence to established data management processes and their effective implementation
  • Continuously monitor process execution efficiency, gather feedback, and propose optimization suggestions
  • Serve as a bridge between the Data Governance team and BUs, promoting defined data standards and governance processes through training, meetings, and other formats
  • Proactively identify pain points and requirements from the stakeholders regarding data definition and usage, converting them into opportunities for process improvement or governance projects
  • Assume significant communication and coordination responsibilities during cross-departmental data standard alignment and process implementation efforts
