Candidates must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a low-level security clearance, possessing a Bachelor’s degree, and demonstrating at least 7 years of experience in planning, designing, building, and implementing IT-related data architecture strategies. Extensive experience developing reports and presentations using SQL, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is required, as well as familiarity with Google Analytics Dashboard and Adobe Analytics, and experience with Big Data technologies such as Amazon Redshift, Hadoop, NoSQL, Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, and Snowflake. Previous federal healthcare industry experience, specifically within CMS and/or hospital quality reporting, is a plus, and experience with Pyspark, R, Databricks, Python, PostgreSQL & Lambda is considered a nice-to-have.
The Lead Data Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, and operations teams to collect and translate data into reporting and presentations aligned with the software and program team’s goals, effectively communicating client and stakeholder needs and resolving any gaps. They will provide guidance and assistance to other engineers, build partnerships to drive change in the government space, and perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the success of a pivotal Federal program impacting millions of Americans’ daily lives.
