Experience dealing with large, complex accounts and building relationships at C-Level is preferred, as is PMP certification.
As a Lead - Customer Success Manager, you will build value-based customer relationships, gather product feedback and recommendations, develop customer-focused processes for ensuring customer success, apply domain expertise to close deals, ensure high user adoption of the customer success management application, implement best practices to improve customer success, and ensure smooth onboarding handoff.
