Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and safely assisting mobile service robots in a hospital environment
  • Collecting data and troubleshooting in real-world situations while providing detailed and accurate feedback to engineers
  • Prioritizing the customer experience to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
  • Communicating with hospital staff and occasionally the public regarding robot operation
  • Prepare and publish monthly schedules
  • Onboarding and training new Clinical Robot Associates
  • Approve time cards
  • Escalating corrective action issues
  • Find coverage for callouts
  • Uphold highest standards for safe clinical use of robots
  • Work alongside hospital staff and engineering team with excellent communication and documentation
  • Solve unexpected situations during shifts and work effectively as a team
