Responsibilities

Monitoring and safely assisting mobile service robots in a hospital environment
Collecting data and troubleshooting in real-world situations while providing detailed and accurate feedback to engineers
Prioritizing the customer experience to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
Communicating with hospital staff and occasionally the public regarding robot operation
Prepare and publish monthly schedules
Onboarding and training new Clinical Robot Associates
Approve time cards
Escalating corrective action issues
Find coverage for callouts
Uphold highest standards for safe clinical use of robots
Work alongside hospital staff and engineering team with excellent communication and documentation
Solve unexpected situations during shifts and work effectively as a team
