This is a full-time supervisor role working 9am-5pm PT, Monday-Friday, but you must be able to work varying shift times including nights, weekends, and significant holidays as customer needs change.
Supervisory responsibilities include preparing and publishing monthly schedules, onboarding and training new Clinical Robot Associates, approving time cards, escalating corrective action issues, and finding coverage for callouts.
A strong candidate has supervisory experience, outstanding customer service skills like de-escalation and juggling demands, excellent communication, organizational abilities, self-sufficiency, and physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds; no robotics or engineering background is required.
