Proven experience as a Software Architect or Lead Developer is required, along with expertise in software development using C#, Rust, Javascript, C++, and related technologies. Experience with common protocols and standards such as GRPC, Protobuf, CRUD, and REST is essential. Candidates should also have a strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices, as well as experience with the full software development lifecycle. Excellent leadership and communication skills are necessary, and an active security clearance is preferred or eligibility to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance is required.
