The Lead Business Process Analyst should have experience managing and mentoring a team of Business Process Analysts, with a focus on product data exchange between brands and retailers. The role requires a blend of hands-on analytical work, strategic thinking, and strong people leadership skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience in analyzing Voice of Customer entries, performing customer discovery, defining high-level requirements, and managing early access programs is also necessary.
The Lead Business Process Analyst will guide and develop the Business Process Analyst function, particularly for initiatives focused on product data exchange between brands and retailers. This includes directly managing and mentoring a team of BPAs, overseeing their project contributions, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The role involves setting standards, optimizing processes, driving high-quality execution, and partnering with Product Managers to understand team priorities and deploy BPAs strategically to align with the product roadmap.

The platform combines Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Experience Management (XM) to ensure that product information is consistent and engaging across various online channels.
