Requirements

  • B.S. or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production
  • Demonstrated expertise in training, finetuning, optimizing LLMs / large-scale models
  • Proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of leading ML frameworks and libraries
  • Strong passion for AI-driven innovation and a track record of delivering impactful, production-grade AI solutions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Research, train, and deploy SOTA ML models for enterprise use-cases
  • Leverage LLMs to analyze complex data and build advanced knowledge-extraction and insight-generation systems
  • Explore and iterate on emerging LLM techniques to advance the frontier of Context Engineering
  • Build and optimize agentic AI workflows that enable users to dynamically interact and refine outputs from ML systems
  • Develop scalable frameworks to evaluate the accuracy, robustness and usability of complex AI agents
  • Partner closely with product, UX, business development and strategic partners to translate AI innovations into enterprise-grade production features
  • Collaborate with AI Research team to constantly explore and evaluate emerging AI technologies and transform research ideas into interactive prototypes
