Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred; Equivalent work experience may be considered
  • 4-6+ years in Security Administration, IAM, or related roles
  • Strong experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (on-prem & online), and manual access provisioning
  • Proficiency with AD, Exchange, and identity lifecycle management
  • Strong PowerShell scripting knowledge preferred
  • Experience in access governance and security compliance
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Provisioning & De-Provisioning Access: Executing and overseeing manual provisioning/de-provisioning for applications and AD domains
  • Advanced Troubleshooting & Escalations Administration: Acting as an escalation point for junior analysts, resolving complex access and security administration issues
  • Process Improvement & Documentation: Recommending and implementing improvements to manual processes and update SOPs
  • Collaboration with IAM Leadership: Supporting IAM leadership in audits, compliance reviews, and governance efforts
  • Training & Mentorship: Providing guidance to junior team members, share best practices, and assist with onboarding
