The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company, and possibly more as business needs require. The location is Orrville, Corporate Offices.
Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of supply chain experience, strong analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills, advanced skills in data handling and manipulation, analytics (Spotfire a plus), forecasting/inventory management experience, project experience with project management concepts, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to develop process and system improvements. Limited travel is required.
