Responsibilities

Act as the liaison between Stitch and law enforcement officers in relation to enquiries, requests and investigations relating to Stitch’s services, systems, or users
Work with internal teams (e.g. Fraud and Legal) to assist with responses to enquiries from law enforcement officials
Build and maintain trusted working relationships with SAPS, Hawks, NPA, SAPS’ Computer Crime Unit, and any other relevant entities
Educate Stitch teams on procedures for dealing with law enforcement, thresholds for cooperation, and privacy/security implications
Report intelligence on relevant crime trends, fraud typologies, and emerging threats to Stitch’s Fraud Team
Help refine internal protocols for handling external law enforcement engagement
