  • Drive productivity improvements across logistics processes using Lean methodologies and performance metrics
  • Support on operational expenses by tracking logistics costs, analyzing variances, and supporting budget planning and cost-saving initiatives
  • Develop and implement improvements in Visual Management, ensuring support to involved areas
  • Create reports and dashboards to support LATAM Logistics operations management
  • Develop automations to simplify repetitive processes and enhance customer experience
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and simplification projects
  • Engage multiple functional areas to solve demands effectively and quickly
  • Planning, execution, and monitoring of productivity initiatives
  • Technical development and support, delivering digital solutions based on Continuous Improvement principles
  • Interaction with all functional and support areas involved in the LATAM Parts and Equipment logistics process to ensure successful implementation
