Drive productivity improvements across logistics processes using Lean methodologies and performance metrics
Support on operational expenses by tracking logistics costs, analyzing variances, and supporting budget planning and cost-saving initiatives
Develop and implement improvements in Visual Management, ensuring support to involved areas
Create reports and dashboards to support LATAM Logistics operations management
Develop automations to simplify repetitive processes and enhance customer experience
Lead process improvement initiatives and simplification projects
Engage multiple functional areas to solve demands effectively and quickly
Planning, execution, and monitoring of productivity initiatives
Technical development and support, delivering digital solutions based on Continuous Improvement principles
Interaction with all functional and support areas involved in the LATAM Parts and Equipment logistics process to ensure successful implementation
