Requirements

For roles outside the USA: Advanced experience in Services & Customer Order and Fulfillment, comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
For roles in USA: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s))

Responsibilities

Facilitate order management: process order intake, input into internal systems, connect to customer portals and systems, and support forecasting, billing, and collection activities
Serve as key contact for customer inquiries and customer complaint (issue) resolution process; work with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers
Aviation only: Engage in sales activities for assigned customers
Include direct people management responsibility, including staffing and performance development
Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy
Apply knowledge of best practices, integration with other areas, competition, and market differentiators
Use judgment to propose solutions outside set parameters for complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles, drawing on technical experience and multiple internal/external sources
Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience; lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements; explain information, develop skills to bring team members to consensus, and convey performance expectations while handling sensitive issues
