- Minimum of 3 months experience in landscaping or ground maintenance
- Experience in landscaping, agriculture, general maintenance, or retail (preferred)
- Experience in Mechanical Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, or Construction (preferred)
- Understanding of customer service with clear, transparent, and respectful communication
- Personal accountability and effective time management skills

Responsibilities
- Perform landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and fertilizing shrubs, lawns, bushes, trees, and flowers year-round
- Conduct grounds maintenance on parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to maintain a clean environment
- Collaborate as part of a team responsible for all aspects of landscaping, exterior cleaning, and ground maintenance
- Adhere to highest standards of safety, security, and integrity, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, local, federal, and state requirements
