Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience in mowing, trimming, and pruning year-round
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license held for at least 3 years with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
  • Successfully complete and pass a driver’s road test for the combination truck and trailer operated within the scope of work
  • Ability to obtain appropriate licensing and/or endorsements if required
  • Ability to pass all contingencies including Medical Exam, Drug Screen, MVR, and Background check
  • Experience in landscaping, agriculture, general maintenance, or retail
  • Understanding of customer service with clear, transparent, and respectful communication
  • Personal accountability and effective time management
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands using solid judgment to prioritize
  • Belief in Servant Leadership and ability to work as a team

Responsibilities

  • Perform landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and fertilizing shrubs, lawns, bushes, trees, and flowers year-round
  • Maintain grounds including parking lot, exterior building, and surrounding areas to provide a clean environment
  • Work as part of a team responsible for all aspects of landscaping and exterior cleaning/ground maintenance
  • Adhere to the highest standards of safety, security, and integrity, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local, federal, and state requirements
