This is a hybrid role with currently 2 days in the office and 3 days home office at GE HealthCare locations in Munich, Düsseldorf, or Freiburg, with other locations in Germany possible.
Candidates need a state exam in law or Master of Laws (business lawyer), proven experience in labor and employee relations preferably in industry, strong project management, change management, and stakeholder management skills, plus fluency in German and English.
This is a part-time position at 25 hours per week, limited to 24 months as parental leave replacement, with freelancers possible and hours distributable over 4 or 5 days.
The role reports to the Senior Manager, Labor Relations Healthcare in Germany, and works closely with HR Business Partners and HR Generalists in the GE HealthCare DACH HR-Team.
Prior experience with works councils and unions is advantageous, along with a legal background in labor law and skills in project management, negotiations, and stakeholder communication.
