Responsibilities

  • Leiten Sie die Umsetzung von Unternehmens- und lokalen Projekten, einschließlich Strategieentwicklung, Datenanalyse und Erstellung von „Master“-Betriebsvereinbarungen
  • Arbeiten Sie mit HR Business Partnern/Generalisten zusammen, um Initiativen mit gemeinsamen/lokalen Betriebsräten zu verhandeln
  • Effektives Management der Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern
  • Entwickeln und verbessern Sie Prozess-Tollgates und Standardarbeitswerkzeuge für eine bessere Koordination bei bereichsübergreifenden Themen
  • Stärken Sie die Kompetenzen von HR und Geschäftsführung in Bezug auf die Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten und Mitbestimmungsanforderungen
  • Unterstützen Sie bei regionalen Restrukturierungen, einschließlich Beratungsanforderungen und Unterstützung bei Einzelfällen
