Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as IT Manager (Kierownik IT)
- Experience in managing IT projects involving the construction and modification of existing IT solutions, with internal and external IT service providers
- Practical knowledge of one of the leading project management methodologies (preferably Prince2, Agile)
- Independence in managing IT project implementation involving teams
- Higher education in IT or related fields, or in management
- Nice to have
- Experience in leading IT projects in the financial sector
- Experience in banking transaction processing in a multi-channel environment
Responsibilities
- Project coordination in cooperation with developers and subject matter groups from staff resources
- Managing task execution within the project by developers and subject matter groups
- Identifying and defining necessary tasks to achieve the project goal
- Reporting project status, proactive identification and escalation of risks, along with participation in project development as per current needs
- Maintaining project documentation
- Performing other assigned tasks related to project management
- Project settlement (preparing necessary documentation and settling the project budget)
