Candidates should possess excellent English language skills, strong communication abilities, and a general understanding of IT concepts. Previous IT experience is considered a plus, and a willingness to learn Mainframe technology and the z/OS architecture is highly desirable.
The Junior Technical Support Engineer will support customer infrastructure based on Mainframe technologies, working on-site from Sofia, identifying and resolving technical problems to ensure customer experience. They will also participate in comprehensive training programs on Mainframe technology and contribute to the company’s overall IT portfolio.
