Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience with a strong background in German employment law matters. Proactive, autonomous, resilient, and adaptable qualities are desired, along with a continuous learning mindset. An English version of the resume must be included with the application.
Provide legal support with a focus on German employment law, including reviewing and drafting employment contracts and policies. Conduct legal compliance assessments, advise on employment terminations, and assist with internal investigations and employee relations issues. Monitor legislative changes, coordinate multi-jurisdictional matters, and draft/negotiate agreements. Collaborate on legal documentation, provide advice to internal teams and customers, and support cross-functional projects related to workforce structure and international employment strategies.
