Responsibilities

Analyze if infrastructures and systems are operating in accordance with Group policies and IT sector technical standards
Act as technical and functional expert: perform analysis, design, and implementation of new functionalities and initiatives, maintaining an updated view on trends, regulations, and best practices in the sector
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, internal policies in architecture, security, risk management, data, and quality (testing)
Manage technological sustainability: ensure maintenance and evolution of area technological capabilities, actively managing technical debt and promoting long-term sustainable solutions
Drive value delivery: foster an environment that favors continuous delivery of technological value, as well as its proper measurement, monitoring, and reporting at the organizational level
Manage technical capabilities: coordinate availability and allocation of technical capabilities according to the delivery strategy established by the different technology Chapters
Comprehensive project management: prepare detailed work plans, control end-to-end project execution, and ensure compliance with milestones and technical and functional deliverables
Risk management and conflict resolution: identify risks
