Requirements

Candidates should possess a degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science, or a related field, demonstrating a passion for the financial markets and strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. They must also exhibit an entrepreneurial attitude, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to make split-second logical decisions under pressure, along with the capability to quickly recover from mistakes. Quantitative Analysis skills are a plus, and programming experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Junior Derivatives Trader will operate the company’s proprietary trading system, be fully responsible for daily PnL and risk management, and participate in live trading during a rigorous training program. They will subsequently join an existing team to learn and implement successful trading strategies, performing under the supervision of a senior trader and contributing to the overall management of trading strategies.
