Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers and provide hands-on support during framework implementation
  • Diagnose and resolve both simple and complex implementation issues in Python
  • Read and work across multiple documentation sources to guide users through code problems
  • Perform validation tasks: verify that framework features work as intended
  • Improve existing documentation to be more user-friendly
  • Create bugs for the DEV team and describe main issues with the framework
  • Ensure seamless data delivery from external sources on Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud platforms, making data accessible to data scientists and analysts
  • Adapt applications to meet evolving customer expectations and incorporate updates from data providers
  • Continuously optimize application performance and implement cost-effective solutions
  • Respond promptly to disruptions (Autotickets via ServiceNOW), ensuring smooth operations
  • Collaborate with diverse international and multicultural teams to deliver data and microservices
  • Investigate and analyze root causes of issues, conducting deep dives as needed
  • Support applications leveraging Generative AI models
  • Extend unit test coverage to improve code reliability
  • Monitor applications through metrics, dashboards, and alerts to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintain data ingestion pipelines and enhance/improve existing processes and applications
