Oracle SQL (diseño de modelo de datos, evaluaciones de rendimiento, implementación de procedimientos almacenados)
Diseño: BPMN, Principios SOLID, patrones de diseño
Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles
Habilidades interpersonales: espíritu de equipo, buenas habilidades comunicativas, facilidad en relaciones interpersonales, proactivo con capacidad de solvencia ante problemas, creativo, orientado a la consecución de objetivos

Responsibilities

Desarrollo de soluciones en Appian del producto/aplicación
Implementación de flujos de negocio (BPM)
Participar de forma activa en las propuestas de soluciones
Refactorización de código legado
Trabajar de manera activa en optimización y eficiencia de procesos de desarrollo de software
Garantizar que el software tiene la calidad necesaria tanto en los mantenimientos como en el software nuevo que se desarrolle
Colaborar en la ejecución/seguimiento de la metodología agile de desarrollo del producto
