Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in outbound business development and 1 year in a closing capacity with a payment solution or spend management tool. A track record of top performance is essential, along with the ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products. Strong presentation and communication skills are required, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders, and superior verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary, with additional languages being a plus.
The Junior Account Executive will own the full sales cycle and territory management from prospecting to close. They will be accountable for increasing revenue and new client acquisition, represent Airwallex at client meetings and events, and utilize CRM for meticulous tracking and forecasting.
