The pay range is $46,280.00 - $60,580.00 - $74,880.00, with the expected entry pay range based on experience and equity being $46,360.00 to $54,080.00 annually.

A High School diploma or GED and three (3) years of administrative experience are required. Substitutions include experience as a Bailiff/Courtroom Assistant or Judicial Clerk Senior within the Maricopa County Superior Court, completion of an accredited legal secretary or paralegal training program (substituting for two years of experience), or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education.
The ideal candidate is a highly-skilled problem solver who can juggle competing priorities, demonstrate exceptional organization skills, navigate sensitive issues with diplomacy, has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and willingness to contribute to the Judicial Branch's success.
