Responsibilities

Suporte administrativo geral: Auxiliar na organização de documentos, planilhas e arquivos digitais
Controle e atualização de relatórios: Apoiar na elaboração e monitoramento de relatórios internos (financeiros, operacionais ou de qualidade)
Gestão de processos internos: Apoiar no acompanhamento de protocolos, emissão de certificados e controle de despesas corporativas
Atendimento interno: Realizar contatos telefônicos e/ou por e-mail para suporte às áreas administrativas e fornecedores
Ferramentas corporativas: Auxiliar no uso de sistemas como ERP, Salesforce ou Concur, conforme necessidade da área
