Requirements
- Jeune docteur (PhD) spécialisé en Data Science, Informatique, Mathématiques appliquées, Intelligence Artificielle, sciences de l'information, ou domaines connexes (économie, organisation des entreprises)
- Maîtrise de la programmation informatique (Python, R, C, etc.) pour concevoir et implémenter des solutions, notamment en Machine Learning ou Deep Learning (pour profils techniques)
- Connaissances en techniques d'analyses statistiques, modélisations prédictives
- Bonne connaissance des méthodes de conduite de projets et de l'organisation des entreprises
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral (niveau C1 minimum requis)
Responsibilities
- Investiguer et évaluer les derniers développements et travaux de recherche (académiques et/ou avec équipes clients), notamment en IA (Langage Naturel, IA neuro-Symbolique, Systèmes Multi Agents, Apprentissage numérique/symbolique, Traitement/Analyse d’images, Classification/visualisation de données), Data Visualisation, Data Science, et impacts sur les organisations
- Implémenter des algorithmes (IA, Data Science) et entraîner des modèles pour améliorer leurs performances (pour profils techniques)
- Identifier des sources de réflexions sur les évolutions possibles des technologies ou méthodes de management
- Travailler en étroite coopération avec les équipes opérationnelles pour passer de la phase recherche à la mise en production
- Présenter régulièrement les découvertes et réflexions
- Rédiger des dossiers de recherche avec les équipes projets
- Accompagner les chefs de projets et équipes sur la mise en œuvre chez les clients, et consolider des projets de recherche existants
- Évoluer vers un rôle de consultant au sein d'une entité du groupe pour des missions clients
