Requirements

Titulado en ingeniería civil o afines (colegiado y habilitado)
Experiencia mínimo 7 años de experiencia general en construcción de obras civiles de gran envergadura
Mínimo 3 años como jefe de obra en proyectos viales o de infraestructura urbana similares
Experiencia específica en construcción de vías urbanas, intersecciones, pasos a desnivel, puentes y drenajes

Responsibilities

Planificar, coordinar y supervisar las actividades diarias de obra, asegurando la correcta ejecución conforme al cronograma aprobado
Controlar y asegurar el cumplimiento de los planos, especificaciones técnicas, normativa vigente y estándares de calidad
Gestionar los recursos humanos, materiales y equipos necesarios para la ejecución eficiente de la obra
Realizar el seguimiento al avance físico del proyecto y reportar desviaciones al Gerente de Proyecto
Coordinar con subcontratistas y proveedores para garantizar el suministro oportuno de materiales y servicios
Implementar y asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente en obra
Participar en reuniones de coordinación técnica y de avance de obra
Elaborar informes técnicos de obra, reportes de avance y registros fotográficos
Supervisar la correcta ejecución de trabajos preliminares, movimiento de tierras, estructuras, pavimentación, señalización, drenaje, entre otros
Apoyar en la gestión de permisos, licencias y documentación requerida por entidades locales, si aplica
Gestionar los contratos y obtener los permisos y licencias requeridos
Elaborar estimaciones presupuestarias
Planificar y fijar las fases de la construcción
Supervisar las actividades de los subcontratistas y del personal subordinado u obrero
Verificar los avances logrados y la calidad del trabajo durante todas las fases del proyecto
Representar a la empresa en asuntos pertinentes
