Requirements

Knowledge and experience in managing quality systems for commercial affiliates, including non-conformities, planned deviations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and complaints
Expertise in GMP regulations (local and for supplied markets) and corporate policies for pharmaceuticals, nutritional products, and medical devices
Ability to generate, evaluate, and monitor quality indicators and metrics, executing action plans to ensure compliance
Skills in resource administration (financial and personnel)
Experience ensuring Good Practices and compliance for imported finished products (pharmaceuticals, nutritional, medical devices) and storage/distribution
Capability to interact with quality areas of subcontracted/affiliated companies to guarantee good practices and contract compliance
Proficiency in preparing responses to consumer technical complaints within institutional and technical standards
Knowledge of regulatory topics for third-party manufactured products and Abbott plants, including Management Review processes and quality performance indicators

Responsibilities

Manage the commercial affiliate quality system, directly handling non-conformities, planned deviations, CAPAs, and complaints to ensure corporate objectives compliance
Generate and evaluate commercial affiliate quality indicators to track activities and execute action plans for metric compliance
Administer the proper use of assigned resources (financial and personnel)
Ensure Good Practices and compliance with regulations for imported finished pharmaceutical, nutritional, and medical device products by Abbott EPD Chile, as well as storage and distribution of Abbott EPD Chile products
Interact with quality areas of subcontracted/affiliated commercial companies to guarantee good practices and compliance with quality agreements/contracts
Enable preparation of responses to consumer technical complaints regarding manufactured and imported products within established standards
Keep commercial and operations areas informed on regulatory issues for third-party and Abbott plant products via processes like Management Review or equivalent, and quality system performance indicators
Manage/coordinate activities related to the commercial affiliate quality system and processes
