Responsibilities

Coordinación de los trabajos
Seguimiento de las subcontratas
Control de costes
Planificación, optimización y supervisión de la utilización de recursos
Control y seguimiento de la planificación del Proyecto con las especificaciones y con el coste establecidos
Gestionar los contratos y obtener los permisos y licencias requeridos
Elaborar estimaciones presupuestarias
Planificar y fijar las fases de la construcción
Supervisar las actividades de los subcontratistas y del personal subordinado u obrero
Verificar los avances logrados y la calidad del trabajo durante todas las fases del proyecto
Representar a la empresa en asuntos pertinentes
