Requirements

Minimum of 8–10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3–5 years leading cloud migration or infrastructure transformation projects
Strong understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-premises infrastructure platforms
Proven experience in budget tracking, financial reporting, and vendor management
Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) and MS Project
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
PMP, PRINCE2, or AWS/Azure Cloud certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver the on-premises to cloud migration project according to defined scope, timelines, and budgets
Lead and drive cross-functional technical teams to achieve project milestones
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure successful delivery
Act as the primary liaison between the client, internal teams, and senior leadership
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure expectations are managed and met
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, vendors, and business users
Own the financial tracking and expense approvals for the project, ensuring spend is aligned with budgets
Approve and publish the monthly POR (Project Operating Report) for leadership visibility
Provide timely status updates, financial forecasts, and reports to management and clients
Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent project communications across all levels of the organization
Present project health, key risks, and progress during regular management and stakeholder reviews
Maintain daily calls with client to show progress
Maintain weekly project report and monthly project report for client and internal Management
Maintain detailed documentation, including project plans, change requests, and closure reports
