Requirements

Candidates must have expert-level experience in C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, .NET MVC, Web APIs, Razor, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, SQL, and XML. A proven track record of leading software development teams and delivering complex, high-impact systems is required, along with strong communication and leadership skills. Experience with distributed systems, cloud and DevOps (AWS, Bitbucket Pipelines), GraphQL, secure coding practices, authentication frameworks (OAuth), unit/integration testing (nUnit), and Git is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Technical Lead will define and drive the technical roadmap, balancing hands-on development with strategic leadership. They will champion engineering excellence by upholding best practices in code quality, security, testing, and documentation. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers through coaching and code reviews, and collaborating cross-functionally with aviation experts, QA, and product teams to deliver impactful solutions for flight planning systems.
