This is an on-site, office-based position located at the Mega Tower, EDSA in Metro Manila.
Required experience includes leading IT Service Desk or Operational teams in a multi-location business, at least 2 years in a service desk or call centre, excellent technical troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Microsoft technologies like MS Office, Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows 10, plus ability to support networking issues including cabling, wireless, VPN, IP telephony, and mobile devices.
