Requirements

4-6+ years of hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS environments at scale, with deep expertise in both corporate and warehouse/distribution settings including Android wireless handhelds, network printers, and specialized operational technology
4-6+ years administering enterprise SaaS platforms, with demonstrated expertise in Google Workspace and Okta (SSO, Lifecycle Management, Workflows), and successfully deployed and managed identity providers (IDP) and MDM systems (JAMF or Intune) including the full lifecycle of user provisioning, access management, and device configuration
Proficient in shell scripting (Bash or PowerShell) and have built production-ready automation that measurably improved efficiency, and experience with Asset/Inventory Management and hardware lifecycle planning
Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and understand the unique IT requirements of distribution operations
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences
Bonus: Experience with Cisco Meraki, Koerber One (formerly HighJump WMS), EDR/XDR, SOC experience, or cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS)

Responsibilities

Configure, deploy, and maintain all connected devices across the organization, from the Columbus fulfillment center to corporate teams nationwide
Provide critical support to the Corp IT Help Desk across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless operations
Build automation that eliminates manual work
Continuously improve managed IT systems
Serve as an escalation point for complex technical challenges
Drive the continued development, deployment, and ongoing support for both fulfillment center and corporate IT infrastructure, ensuring it scales with growth
