Design and implement new systems and features

Engage with IT management, development teams, technical delivery teams, and vendors for successful design, development, and delivery of solutions
Drive software change and release management processes to improve software development lifecycle maturity
Ensure software deliverables comply with quality standards and are completed on time
Manage moderately sized projects or processes
Solve complex problems impacting multiple departments through analysis and prior experience
Make moderate to significant improvements to processes, systems, or products
Communicate and influence parties within and outside discipline/organization on policies, procedures, and practices
Contribute to development of discipline goals, planning efforts (budgets, operational plans), and new products/processes/standards
