Responsibilities

  • Leitung von Business-, IT-Projekten oder Value-Streams zur Erhöhung der Kundenzufriedenheit, Produktivität und Profitabilität
  • Ergebnisverantwortung für die Lieferung der geplanten Ziele unter Einhaltung der Kosten- und Zeitplanung sowie der Qualitätskriterien
  • Aufsetzen des Projektes/des Value-Streams (Ansatz, Ziel, Scope, Ressourcen, Prioritäten, Team, Budget, Meilensteine, Zeitleisten) und Sicherstellen des Fokus inkl. Scope-Überwachung während der gesamten Laufzeit
  • Abstimmung der für das Projekt/den Value-Stream nötigen Ressourcen (intern und extern)
  • Verantwortung von Ausschreibungen/Proofs of Concept inkl. Partner-Onboarding
  • Kommunikation und Reporting an Team, Sponsor, Steering, PMO sowie an interne und externe Stakeholder
  • Vorbereitung, Einholung und Dokumentation von Entscheidungen
  • Verantwortung der Eskalationsstrategie und aktives Eskalationsmanagement
