Requirements

  • Strong coordination and communication skills across cross-functional teams, including project managers, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
  • Experience in IT project management, tracking progress using tools such as Excel, JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project, and Confluence
  • Proficiency in business analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements for application-related changes and integrations
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Workday, Concur, Vendavo, Salesforce (SFDC), Compliance, Quality, Planning, and Manufacturing systems
  • Ability to conduct IT due diligence, assess technology infrastructure, identify risks, synergies, costs, and integration challenges
  • Skills in test planning, execution, writing test cases, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and managing defects
  • Capability to manage milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and provide executive-level communications
  • Familiarity with cutover, go-live, post-go-live support, especially in SAP-integrated environments, and collaboration with training and change management teams

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT integration activities during M&A or divestiture initiatives
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive IT integration plans aligning with business integration strategy, addressing technology consolidation, data migration, system compatibility, financial considerations, and workforce integration
  • Conduct thorough IT due diligence to assess technology infrastructure, systems, applications, and data of acquiring and target companies, identifying risks, synergies, costs, and challenges
  • Build partnerships with IT senior leaders, Corporate Development, Program Management Leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between IT, business users, and external vendors for effective solution design and delivery
  • Coordinate with Deal Contracts and Agreements Manager
  • Assist in program delivery and value realization, ensuring measurable business outcomes
  • Support coordination of integration activities across enterprise applications including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Workday, Concur, Vendavo, Salesforce, Compliance, Quality, Planning, and Manufacturing systems
  • Track project progress, maintain dashboards, progress reports, and documentation using tools like Excel, JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project, and Confluence
  • Manage milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets, providing timely updates and executive communications
  • Support and coordinate test planning and execution, including writing test cases, UAT, and defect management
  • Help identify and resolve integration challenges related to system compatibility, data flows, and user access
  • Assist with planning and logistics for cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support, particularly in SAP-integrated environments
  • Collaborate with training and change management teams for end-user readiness across platforms like Workday, Veeva, and ServiceNow
  • Gather and document requirements for application-related changes and integrations
  • Prepare communication materials and executive updates summaries
